My Favourite Destination? It Has to Be… FLORIDA! ☀️ After a recent work trip to the Sunshine State, I’ve completely fallen in LOVE with Florida – it’s now hands-down my favourite destination! There is just SO much to see and do – whether you’re into the big theme parks like Disney or Universal , or prefer something a little more laid-back, there’s truly something for everyone. And let’s talk about the shopping... WOW! From outlet malls to unique boutiques, I was seriously impressed – I could’ve easily brought an extra suitcase (or two)! Whether it's a family adventure, a couples' getaway, or a fun-filled friends' trip, Florida ticks all the boxes. If you haven't been yet – you're missing out! ✈️
What's your favourite hotel?
Rixos Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi has to be my favourite hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel and the grounds are stunning! Amazing room sizes, lots of plug sockets and usb ports. Great food and drinks. Hospitality is outstanding. This hotel has children's clubs, wave pool, splash park and an amazing spa which actually has a snow room.
My dream holiday is
I have lots of bucketlist destinations. I really would like to go to the Maldives and also do a caribbean cruise!

My Last Holiday: Florida Magic & Memories ✨
I feel so incredibly lucky to have recently visited Florida on an amazing work trip – and what a trip it was!
We stayed in the most incredible 11-bedroom villa at the Encore Resort at Reunion, a stunning 5-star complex. I’d never stayed in a villa before, so I was super excited – and it did not disappoint! The space, the luxury, and the shared memories with others made it truly unforgettable.
Our villa was just a short walk from the clubhouse, where we even managed to grab a cheeky free breakfast most mornings. The resort also had a communal pool, complete with waterslides and a splash park – perfect for cooling off and having a little fun in the sun!
Theme Park Thrills
We packed so much into the trip. One of our main highlights was spending the day at Universal Studios, topped off with an unforgettable evening at Halloween Horror Nights. I managed to experience 7 out of the 10 haunted houses, and let me tell you – the atmosphere was electric. It was scary, fun, and absolutely brilliant!
A Night at Disney Springs
Another highlight for me was Disney Springs, which I absolutely loved! We were lucky enough to see the Cirque du Soleil show there – and wow! The flips, acrobatics, and incredible props were jaw-dropping. It's a must-see if you're heading to the area. I’d highly recommend adding it to your itinerary!
Disney Magic – Epcot & Magic Kingdom
No trip to Florida would be complete without some Disney magic! We visited both Epcot and Magic Kingdom, and both were just as amazing as I’d hoped.
In Epcot, I especially enjoyed walking around the World Showcase – sampling food, browsing shops, and soaking up the culture from each country. It’s like a mini round-the-world trip in an afternoon!
And then there’s Magic Kingdom – what can I say? It truly lives up to its name. From the iconic castle to the magical parades and fireworks, it was a dream come true. If you ever get the chance, I can’t recommend enough that you stay into the evening and catch the fireworks show – it’s absolutely magical.
Final Thoughts
This was such a fantastic trip, packed with unforgettable experiences, laughter, and wow moments. If you're thinking about visiting Florida – whether it's for the thrills of the theme parks, the relaxing resorts, or the magic of Disney – I’d love to help you plan it.

A Family Holiday to the Maldives!
This one is extra special...
After many, many years of dreaming, I’m finally ticking the Maldives off my bucket list – and I couldn’t be more excited!
Even more special, I’ll be celebrating my 40th birthday in absolute paradise 9 – because if you’re going to mark a milestone, why not do it in one of the most beautiful places on Earth?
We’ll be staying at the stunning Villa Nautica Paradise Island, and just like the name suggests… it truly looks like PARADISE. ☀️
We’ve booked an incredible Ocean Front Villa with a private pool – just imagine those sunrise views, endless turquoise water, and dipping into your own pool steps from the beach. I already know this will be a trip to remember forever.
