Hi, I’m Danielle!

With 26 years’ experience in the travel industry, 23 of those years were spent with in a High street branches, where I built the foundations of a long and trusted career as a travel professional. I began as a trainee travel agent, spending two years developing core industry skills before progressin,  gaining extensive experience across leisure travel, customer service, and complex itinerary planning. Along the way, I broadened my operational knowledge through roles with First Choice, overseas work in the Spanish island of Menorca and the French Alps, and as a villa representative for Sovereign — giving me valuable first-hand insight into resort operations, arrivals, and guest experience.

I have strong, practical experience using GDS flight systems, as well as working within airport environments supporting arrival desks and coach transfers. After returning to the UK, I continued to specialise in Disney holidays, ski travel, long-haul destinations, and tailor-made itineraries. An interesting part of my background is being a qualified ski technician through Salomon, allowing me to offer expert insight when planning ski holidays.

Although I later stepped away from travel to following studying multiple degreed and to pursue a career in Organisational Development and Leadership. Howver,  I have to admit — I genuinely missed working in travel. It’s truly one of the nicest jobs anyone could have, combining people, experiences, and the excitement of seeing the world. The Cayman Islands. It quickly became one of my favourite destinations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the turquoise waters, powdery white beaches, and laid-back island vibe. I loved swimming and snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, spotting vibrant marine life, and simply relaxing under the sun. What made it truly special was the sense of peace and luxury combined with adventure — whether it was exploring hidden coves, enjoying local cuisine, or taking a sunset stroll along the beach. Every moment felt effortless, memorable, and completely rejuvenating, making it a holiday I’ll always treasure.

My dream holiday is

My dream holiday would take me to the South Pacific and Australia, beginning with a stop in Singapore and Sentosa to enjoy its vibrant culture, amazing food, and beautiful cityscapes. From there, I’d head to Sydney and Brisbane.from Sydney Harbour to hidden gems along the route. Next, I’d set off on a road trip to Cairns - exploring tropical beaches, the Great Barrier Reef, lush rainforests, and charming coastal towns along the way. I'd embark on The Ghan train, experiencing one of the world’s most iconic rail journeys across the Australian outback and back down to the south. Australia offers the perfect mix of nature, adventure, and iconic landmarks,

Finally, I’d round out the trip with South Pacific islands, soaking up turquoise waters, relaxing on pristine beaches, and enjoying the ultimate tropical escape. This holiday combines adventure, discovery, and total relaxation, creating memories that would last a lifetime.

My last holiday was

My Last Holiday was Bali - with old school friends, I travelled alone from the uk, via Doha and Kuala Lumpa - meeting my Australian friends there.

Bali is a place that truly nourishes the mind, body, and soul. One of the highlights of the trip was experiencing a Buddhist spiritual cleanse, a calming and reflective ritual that set the tone for the holiday, helping to unwind and reconnect with inner peace. In Ubud, I loved visiting the Monkey Forest Sanctuary, wandering among the lush greenery and playful macaques — it’s an experience full of energy, culture, and a little bit of mischief! Staying in a private villa in Ubud allowed for quiet mornings and evenings, perfect for yoga sessions overlooking tropical gardens, giving a true sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

Adventure also had its place: I went island hopping on a speedboat, exploring nearby islands and hidden beaches, snorkelling in crystal-clear waters, and soaking up the sun. The combination of spiritual moments, nature, and adventure made this trip unforgettable — a true escape for both the body and mind.

My next holiday is

We haven’t decided exactly where to go yet, but I’m thinking long haul — it’s a special year as I’m celebrating my children’s 18th and 21st birthdays! Whatever destination I choose, I know it will be unforgettable and full of memories, making this trip truly special for all of us. I love planning holidays that combine celebration, adventure, and relaxation, so whether it’s exploring a new city, relaxing on a tropical beach, or trying something completely new, I can’t wait to make it a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
