Welcome to my website where you can learn more about how I can work for you. I am passionate about holidays and the world we travel through. Whether it’s a once-in-a-lifetime wildlife encounter, a tailor-made holiday, a group adventure or an activity holiday, I am here to create your next holiday experience.
I consider the smallest details and provide excellent customer service when planning your next adventure.
I am passionate about detail and service so my goal when planning a trip for clients is to ensure that I really understand why they want to do away, how they want to feel on their holiday along with experiences they want to have. I have spent time in many destinations living the moments and exploring so along with any knowledge I have, I will always work with specialist suppliers who know the places inside and out, when organising each holiday. The best bit, it doesn’t cost a penny to use me, my services are free of charge as I am paid by the tour operator once you travel.
I am proud to run my own travel business in partnership with Your Co-op.
I book package holidays which are financially protected through ABTA or ATOL.
What year did you start in travel?
2018
What's your favourite destination?
The Central American country of Belize. It's such an incredible country for adventurous nature lovers. We headed there for 2.5 weeks last July and August for our honeymoon on a multi-itinerary trip to the north western and south eastern regions. Wildlife in abundance including pumas, parrots and howler monkeys; night and day treks; some of the best scuba-diving I have ever done; delicious fresh food; enormously friendly people and Mayan heritage packed out our stay.
What's your favourite hotel?
Chaa Creek Resort, San Ignacio, Belize. A world leading eco lodge and pioneering adventure travel resort. Located in the heart of Maya civilisation within a rainforest and surrounded by nature our stay here was unforgettable. The owners, Mick & Lucy, were so welcoming and passionate about their work with the local community and wildlife. We learnt so much on their educational and nature night walks with amazing food, luxury accommodation and spa to enjoy. We took a kayak down the river to visit a chocolate museum in the local town and horse-riding is a great option to explore the rainforest further. They also have a glamping area for those wishing to enjoy deep-in-the-jungle camping on the banks of the river.
My dream holiday is
Torn between an expedition to Svalbard, Norway, an adventure through the Yukon territory in Canada or camping and kayaking down the Colorado River through the grand canyon.
My last holiday was
In April 2025 I went skiing in Norway which was absolutely fantastic. I have skiied since I was 5 yrs old but I had never made it to Norway and I was really surprised to have such an excellent experience, both on and off the slopes. There is so much to do away from the pistes and it works so nicely for new to ski customers, those who perhaps want to take it easy after an injury or, if like me, you like to take it easy these days with a morning on the mountains, a long lazy lunch followed by different activties in the afternoon. I stayed in Gausta and Norefjell resorts.
My next holiday is
I will be walking the last 7 days of the Camino de Santiago in September with a couple of friends which I'm really excited about. This will be an organised trip with G Adventures.
