Meet Louise
With 26 years in the travel industry, I’ve helped hundreds of clients plan holidays that truly mean something, from once-in-a-lifetime bucket list adventures to precious family escapes.
I love discovering new places, experiencing different cultures, and creating lasting memories with loved ones. As well as ticking those dream destinations off your bucket list, travel is about those shared moments and memories that stay with you and that’s what I want for every client.
As a mum of three (two of whom are now grown up) I understand how family holidays change as children grow. I’ve planned everything from toddler-friendly beach breaks to teen adventures and multi-generational getaways that bring everyone together. We often travel with my parents too, so I understand what makes a family trip work. I also love helping couples plan honeymoons and special-occasion escapes, whether that’s an overwater villa in the Maldives, a romantic city break, or a once-in-a-lifetime safari. I take pride in adding thoughtful touches that make every journey unique.
Over the years, I’ve explored incredible destinations including Australia, the Maldives, California, Thailand, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, New York, Mexico, Egypt, the Italian Lakes, Cyprus, Lapland, and many of the Greek and Spanish islands plus Disneyland Paris, a Disney Cruise, and countless European cities.
Most recently, I visited Orlando with Billy and my youngest daughter to experience Universal and Disney first-hand, keeping up to date with everything families love about Florida.
Travel isn’t just my job, it’s my passion. What I value most is the trust my clients place in me. Many have travelled with me for years and become good friends. They know I’m here every step of the way offering honest advice, genuine care, and full support from start to finish.
As an independent Personal Travel Agent, I take pride in offering the flexibility, experience, and thoughtful detail that turn your travel plans into something special and personal.
Meet Billy
While I may be newer to the travel industry than my sister, I’ve already had the pleasure of working directly with Co-op Holidays, supporting both clients and travel agents in creating a wide variety of tailor-made trips.
Before that, I spent over a decade in customer care and account management for one of the UK’s largest telecoms companies; roles that taught me the importance of truly understanding people’s needs and delivering outstanding service every time.
Travel has always been a big part of my life. From European city breaks and skiing holidays to American adventures, an amazing year spent exploring Australia, plenty of Mediterranean beach holidays and countless UK getaways for theatre shows and sporting events (I'm a big Villa fan!) I’ve built up plenty of personal experience I love to share with clients.
Having also travelled solo, I know first-hand how important it is to feel supported and welcomed as a single traveller, and I’m passionate about helping others discover destinations that celebrate inclusivity and diversity.
I’m thrilled to be starting this new chapter alongside my sister Louise combining her wealth of experience with my own enthusiasm, curiosity, and care. Together, we’re here to make your next holiday one to remember.
What year did you start in travel?

What's your favourite destination?
The Maldives - the epitome of relaxation! A short speedboat ride or maybe a seaplane from the airport and you arrive in paradise! Crystal clear sea, soft white sands, stunning coral reef and an abundance of sealife. A divers paradise! (In fact my husband took his PADI course and became a qualified diver when we were there) Imagine stepping out of your beach bungalow on to the white sands just steps away from the water's edge. If you love seafood you will be in heaven, the best fresh tuna I have ever had!
What's your favourite hotel?
The New York New York Hotel in Las Vegas! Big, bold and fun! You can't help but love Vegas! Beware of the roller coaster though - not for the faint hearted!! If you're in Vegas, a trip to The Grand Canyon is a must!! We flew from Las Vegas airport over the hoover dam to the Grand Canyon. Amazing experience!!
