A Little Bit About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Victoria, and I'm so glad you've found my corner of the web. I've been a passionate travel professional since 2002, and my goal is simple: to make your dream holiday a reality.

Planning a trip can often feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. My job is to take all the stress out of the process, handling everything from finding the perfect destination to making sure you're covered when you get back home. I'll be with you every step of the way, answering your questions and making sure your experience is seamless. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your time away.

One of the biggest reasons I became a personal travel agent was to be there for my clients when other high-street agencies are closed. Working in partnership with Your Co-op, I have access to a huge network of suppliers, which allows me to take my time crafting the perfect trip for you. You also get the peace of mind knowing that all my package holidays are financially protected through ABTA or ATOL.

Whether you're dreaming of a cozy cottage with a crackling fire in the Scottish Highlands or sipping champagne on a round-the-world cruise as the Sydney Opera House fades from view, I'm here to make it happen. My experience covers it all.

Let's work together to create your next adventure. I can't wait to help you make your holiday dreams come true.

What's your favourite destination?

My Favourite Destination: The Magical Sunsets of Crete It's so hard to choose just one, but if I have to, it would have to be Crete. While I've recently fallen in love with Toronto and can't wait to go back with my kids, Crete holds a truly special place in my heart. From my very first visit, the sunsets there captured my imagination. There’s something about the way the sun dips below the horizon, painting the sky in a blaze of colour. And every time I’ve been back since, the magic has been just as powerful. But it was even more special when I was able to share that moment with my children. Standing on the beach, we watched the sun disappear, and as it vanished, I made a little "pop" sound. Seeing their eyes light up and hearing them all start to laugh was truly magical. That's a memory I will cherish forever.

What's your favourite hotel?

My Favourite Hotel (or, 'Floating Hotel') This is a bit of a controversial choice, because it's not a hotel in the traditional sense—it's a floating hotel! My favourite place I've ever stayed is a Uniworld River Cruise in Paris. The experience was simply out of this world. The staff were incredible, providing a level of service that made me feel so welcome and looked after. And the food—oh, the food! Every meal was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. It was truly a five-star dining experience. But the most unforgettable part of the stay was the bed. My room was equipped with a Savoir bed, and I can honestly say I've never slept so well in my entire life. It was pure luxury and comfort. Waking up each morning feeling completely rested and ready to explore Paris from the comfort of a beautiful ship was an absolute dream.

My dream holiday is

My Dream Holiday: A Thai Adventure

My ultimate dream holiday would be a trip to Thailand. It's a country that seems to offer the perfect mix of everything I love: stunning natural beauty, a vibrant culture, and, most importantly, some of the most incredible food in the world.

As a true foodie traveller, Thailand's culinary scene is a huge draw for me. I can picture myself wandering through bustling night markets, sampling everything from classic Pad Thai to spicy Tom Yum soup and rich curries. I'd love to take a cooking class to learn the secrets behind those amazing flavors and discover how they balance sweet, sour, spicy, and salty so perfectly. And of course, I wouldn't leave without trying the famous Mango Sticky Rice.

Beyond the food, the thought of exploring Thailand's legendary beaches is so exciting. I imagine myself relaxing on pristine, white sand, with the turquoise water lapping at the shore. Whether it's the limestone cliffs of Krabi or a quiet, secluded island, I want to experience that sense of pure tropical paradise.

Thailand represents a journey for all the senses, and I can't wait to one day make that dream a reality.

My last holiday was

My last holiday was a five-day trip to Toronto with my husband, and I completely fell in love with the city. Toronto is a melting pot of different cultures, and the people are as warm as they are diverse.

We packed so much into our five days there. We went up the CN Tower for incredible views, spent a day in awe of Niagara Falls, and wandered through the bustling St. Lawrence Market. For a bit of fun, we visited the Hockey Hall of Fame and, of course, spent plenty of time searching for the best poutine in the city.

We walked everywhere and soaked up the vibrant atmosphere, and I can't wait to go back.

My next holiday is

My Next Adventure: Morocco!

I'm thrilled that my next holiday will be a girls' trip to Agadir, Morocco! This is a country I’ve never visited before, and with me booking so many people and them discovering its beauty for the first time, I couldn't resist going to see it for myself.

I am so excited to explore everything Agadir has to offer. To get our bearings and make the most of our time, I’ve booked a local guide for our first morning. They will show us around and share all the best tips for holidaying in the city. With its beautiful beaches and what looks like an endless choice of amazing food, I can't wait to tick this off my bucket list.
