We got back from Portugal on Thursday evening from our holiday at Eden Resort. I just wanted to let you know that it was absolutely wonderful. The whole experience using Jet2 was great, very efficient and helpful. The resort itself was beautiful- in the country side, surrounded by hills and trees, with lots of birds and flowers. Hi Maria, Goa was lovely thank you. Great weather, fabulous hotel & managed a few trips, we visited Palolem in a beach hut which was great. Went with some friends who were already out there. We had such a lovely time in Portugal, we'd have quite happily stayed for a few more days. Everything just ran so smoothly. Hi Maria, We had a lovey relaxing time! The weather was gorgeous and we did lots while we were there. We went to a couple of malls including Dubai Mall, aquarium and underwater zoo, visited and went up the Burj Khalifa, went to the marina and hired a boat, relaxed around the pool/beach and ate loads! Oh WOW where to start! It has been the most magical trip we have ever experienced. Every little detail just surprised us (not just the kids but us adults too!) from the moment we stepped on the plane to stepping back off it to go home. I can’t say there were any particular highlights (the whole 3 days were the highlight!) but we just absolutely loved our day at the arctic circle centre with the husky rides, playing hockey on the snow, visiting Santa and even the delicious spaghetti and pancakes! The hotel was lovely, so friendly and such lovely, smiley staff. We only ate there a few times as we were out and about but the food and service were both really good. Hired bikes most days as much easier to get around, a beach buggy one day so we could see more of the island and managed to book a restaurant in Zia which was delightful. We had an amazing time at Stradonia Serviced Apartments last week and wanted to drop you a line to thank you for your recommendation. As always you totally anticipated our needs. The apartment was well appointed a 6 min walk from the main square and about the same distance from the Jewish District. We were on the 3rd floor but there is a fantastic fast glass elevator. The hotel, Hoposa Pollentia was amazing, very modern and exceptionally clean, a great location and very friendly staff. The sea view room had amazing views of the bay and it was a delight to wake up to the sunrise every morning. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had, with lots of choice, both hot and cold. I wish we could have stayed longer, we would love to return next

Just back from Alykes, and it was absolutely idyllic! The position right by the sea was perfect and the walk, either on the beach or the road was less than 10 minutes' walk to the resort, although with the Apollo restaurant just across the road, I just ambled across there most nights. Just wanted to say thank you for another lovely break. Copenhagen was such a great city to explore and the weather was fabulous. The Absalon Hotel was excellent, good room, clean, friendly & helpful staff and great location. Train from the airport took 15 minutes then an easy 5 minute walk to the hotel. Lovely breakfasts too & if you say you don't need your room cleaning that day, you get a 100 Dkk voucher to use in their bar or 50% off hiring one of their bikes for the day! We walked 28 miles over the weekend exploring

We had the best time in Majorca. Got upgraded to rooms with private pools which was nice. Honestly, the location, the size of the town, hotel facilities, everything was spot on!! We loved every single element from checking in with the cheeky elves at Leeds Bradford (who gave us special boarding passes with santa ???? and rudolf on) We wrote letters there too, sang on the plane played games in the seats against each side the kids were encouraged to sing on the tannoy and tell jokes jet 2 were amazing, my grandson went into the cockpit with the pilots and sat in his seat! We all had an amazing time in New York. Loved the hotel and its location We were lucky with the weather - the storm came but during the night and the sun came out again the day after - could have done with a couple more days. Did the usual Empire State building, Grand Central Station. 3 of us (that had been before) hired electric scooters to go round central park on the Sunday which was so much fun while the others took the horse and carriage ride to see the sights. Had breakfast at Ellens Stardust diner and at Juniors -

The hotel was perfectly situated for sightseeing, it couldn’t be any closer to the train station so it was really easy to catch the train when we landed in Copenhagen airport. We returned earlier this week from Santorini & just thought I’d let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday. The hotel cannot be faulted. New, clean and well-maintained. It’s in a quiet area at the edge of Kamari, but only a five minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff are lovely & very helpful. If anyone asks I’d definitely recommend it. Hi Maria, We all had the most amazing holiday!! The hotel was beautiful and very clean that we never left with the fantastic water park and all the different pools along with the different activities and entertainment we didn't feel we need to. The staff were so happy and helpful, check in was a dream with their app also booking the restaurants on the app made the whole holiday so relaxed. We had a lovely holiday in Menorca. The villa was perfectly located for the beach and bars, it was clean and comfortable. Just returned from 2 weeks in Maldives that Maria had on her deals on Facebook. Can't believe how fantastic it was. We had a slight hitch by missing our connection in Doha & this impacted on our sea plane booking. But after an email to Maria she sorted everything out within a couple of hours & called us to confirm what she'd done. What fantastic service! Just wanted to thank you for organising our 2nd cruise which we enjoyed as much as our first cruise. Definitely got the bug now. Oh my goodness Maria. We arrived yesterday and everything is wonderful. The hotel is gorgeous and in a fabulous location. An easy walk into town yet with beach bars over the road. But the most amazing news is that we were massively upgraded. When we arrived it was so strange. The reception said she’d been talking to you and that she had saved us the very best room. We couldn’t believe it. She’s given us a huge 2 bedroom suite. It has 3 balconies and an enormous terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs

Hi Maria, We had a brilliant holiday. Everything went very smoothly and we enjoyed the hotel and got an upgrade on our room too! I was presented with a glass of prosecco and a piece of chocolate cake at breakfast on my birthday. They then delivered two lots of cake and drinks to our room at 5pm. Hi Maria, We had the most amazing holiday, the hotel was wonderful they upgraded up to a premium suite but more importantly this was on the ground floor and close to facilities it was spotlessly clean and the food was fantastic. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and even the other guests were nice! Puerto Pollensa was absolutely stunning and the Pine Walk was a highlight.
