Witness the African Wilderness at its most dramatic with a small-group safari adventure across the continent's southern stretches, interspersed with stop at a selection of luxury lodges.

Unique lodge stays in hand-picked four or five-star accommodation and unrestricted access to the most wildlife-rich destinations are the memorable highlights of this safari adventure. Across this well-paced itinerary, you’ll embark on small-group animal encounters, away from the noise of the crowds, with game drives in the most secluded sections of the Hwange private concession and Chobe, and Matobo national parks.

Unwind under the clear African skies and enjoy complete immersion in the African bush with overnight stops within the boundaries of each reserve. Cultural uncoverings, from historical tours and local theatre performances in Victoria Falls to a breath-taking walk around Matopos’ ancient cave paintings, perfectly complement your time in the wild.

Starting in the prestigious Chobe National Park, a region famed for its high game density and river stretches, escape into Botswana’s natural world and enjoy an introduction to its diverse local wildlife with a three-day safari experience. Morning game drives offer the chance to enjoy some early ‘Big Five’ sightings while a sunset cruise on the Chobe River showcases the animal kingdom from a different perspective.

A memorable stay on the banks of the Zambezi River follows, and you’ll uncover the rich colonial history of magnificent Victoria Falls and its famous Edwardian bridge.

The tour continues to vibrant Hwange, where anti-poaching initiatives are showcased with visits to its Painted Dog Conservation Centre and private concessions of its vast national park. At the end of an extraordinary two weeks in the bush, take to the Matopos Hills for a walk through the region’s pre-historic Bushman caves and venture in search of its most elusive species.
