With record breaking dizzy heights of the Burj Khalifa and the glitz of the biggest malls in the world, it’s no wonder Dubai is ranked as a must do holiday destination. If you’re going for a quick sun seeking break or wanting to do everything you’ve heard or seen on Facebook, then here’s my top 5 recommendations to get the most out of your holiday to Dubai.
1 Burj Khalifa 'At The Top' Observation Deck
The Burj Khalifa stands at 2,716.5 feet tall and is record breaking in many ways. As the tallest building in the world with the fastest lift in the world (hold tight), it’s one of my most recommended things to do in Dubai. With views to blow your mind, stretching out to the beach and across the city, it’s your perfect moment for that killer shot to show off to your friends. As a tip there are a 2 observation deck levels, but i'd recommend to go up to the ‘Sky Level’ on level 148 which is at the very top.

2 Atlantis Palm Aqua Venture Waterpark
This is for the family thrill seekers looking to take on the No.1 waterpark in the Middle East and Europe. This amazing waterpark is home to heart-thumping slides that catapult you through shark filled lagoons, never ending rapid river adventures and a children’s play area featuring 10 slides, rope bridges, water cannons and much more. If that seems like something that would interest the kids, then you can relax in the pools or private beach surrounded by lush tropical landscapes.

4 Dubai Fountain Show
This one is always the crowd pleaser, and best of all it’s free! Scheduled every 30 minutes from 5pm to 11pm daily, you’ll be mesmerised by the fountains dancing along to the tune of something amazing. However, if you want the best possible view of the action, there’s the Dubai Fountain Boardwalk. The 272-metre floating viewing platform let's you watch the show from just nine metres away. Considering the water show reaches heights of 152 metres, that’s mighty close.
