With an excellent snow record and a beautiful glacier, the high Alpine village of Saas Feee is deservedly known "the Pearl of the Alps". The charming traffic-free resort is surrounded by a magnificent backdrop of towering peaks and dazzling blue glaciers, including the Dom, the highest mountain entirely in Switzerland. The region caters for all grades of skier and boarder, with most runs being blue and red making the resort ideal for intermediates. Being so snow sure, the resort is great for early or late season trips. Families will appreciate the friendly atmosphere as well as the fantastic beginners area in the village.
